Power and distribution oil filled transformers

Power: up to 50 MVA with Insulation level up to 145 kV.

Distribution: from 50 up to 3150 kVA Insulation level up to 36 kV.

Both type can also be filled with silicone liquid, Midel or vegetal oil.
Execution with Off-Load tap changer or On-Load tap changer.

MANUFACTURING CHARACTERISTICS OF TOE AND ETOE (EcoDesign) SERIES

There are two kinds of manufacture:
1) sealed type
– totally filled with corrugated walls, or radiators
– with nitrogen cushion and radiators
2) breathing type with oil conservator
– with corrugated walls or radiators

MAGNETIC CORE

The core is made of cold rolled grain-oriented steel laminations with interleaved joints at 45°
Cutting, mounting and check of correct losses values are carried out at our works.
Since these procedures are performed directly by us these components are promptly available; moreover, we can obtain noise level values lower than those prescribed by DIN and NEMA standards.

WINDINGS

Windings, are made from electrolytic copper or aluminium and all wires are insulated with high quality paper.

TANK

It is made of mild steel.

TERMINATIONS

Various systems of terminations have been developed to simplify the connections of cables transformers.

H.V. and L.V. porcelain bushings are the most usual solution and can be provided to customer’s specification.
